from Lake Constance, Southern Germany at the 50th. NASFT
Summer 2004 International Fancy Food and Confection Show.
The show will be held at the Jacob K. Javits Center in
Manhattan from June 27-29.
THE
JUICE LINE
IzzyCue Euro-Organic Fruit Juices are first-to-market
from Lake Konstance, Southern Germany, not too far from
the Black Forest. This region is world-renown for its
perfectly well-suited temperate conditions for the growth
of apples and pears. Fruits grown in this corner of the
world tend to have better intrinsic acidity levels and
retain their fruity flavors more fully. The organic juice
line boast of an elevated *brix content, which refers
to the natural levels of sweetness and inherent minerals
and flavors.
This
line of ready-to-drink, single-serve consumer packaging
has a shelf-life of twelve months. They are flash-pasteurized
and contain no preservative or any added artificial ingredients.

Show
The biggest specialities trade show in North America has
its 50th anniversary this year! Nevertheless, it is still
the most important and most active trade show for all
manufacturers of delicatessen as well as imported foods,
beverages and tobacco.
At
least 2,000 exhibitors and more than 25,000 trade visitors
are expected in the Jacob Javits Convention Center in
New York City – an increase of nearly 15% compared
to the previous year. Most of the visitors are importers,
distributors, buying agents of supermarket chains, delicatessen
stores, department stores and wholesalers as well as food
service enterprises. As in the past year, more than 45
countries will be represented.
